We are proud to share that Mary Chalioti, Founder of C-Law, participated as a speaker at the 17th Panhellenic Legal Counsel Conference, held at the Athens Concert Hall and organized by Nomiki Vivliothiki. The conference focused on the critical and evolving role of legal counsel in navigating complex, high-stakes investments amid an increasingly dynamic and challenging landscape.

Representing our firm, Mary joined a distinguished panel of experts, moderated masterfully by Panagiotis Alexandrakis, General Counsel - Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance at Heron Energy SA (member of GEK TERNA Group), alongside the insightful Alexandra Dellis, General Counsel, GEK TERNA Group), Dimitris Polychronopoulos, Head of Legal Services and Compliance Officer of Trastor REIC, Panagiotis Stavropoulos, Head of Contract Monitoring Unit, Growthfund & Peggy Bozou, Counsel Supervisor, Sioufas & Associates Law Firm. Together, they delved into the strategic and legal architecture that underpins transformative investment projects, from early-stage planning to execution in an increasingly volatile environment.

The conversation reaffirmed a growing truth: Legal counsels are no longer just risk managers; they are strategic enablers and co-architects of long-term value.
