We are happy to share that C-Law participated in the 4th Legal Conference on Spatial Law, organized by Nomiki Vivliothiki.

Our firm was represented by our Founder, Mary Chalioti, who delivered a presentation on "Real Estate Crowdfunding & Joint Ownership Rights: Benefits & Challenges". Her talk explored how modern corporate structures and shareholder agreements can be leveraged to effectively regulate joint-ownership rights in today’s multi-stakeholder real estate projects, while also enabling innovative funding mechanisms.

Mary also shared insights and engaged in a though-provoking discussion with a distinguished panel of professionals, skilfully moderated Dr. Lambros Kitsaras, Professor of Civil & Civil Procedural Law at Democritus University of Thrace(Moderator), and joined by Dionysis Xenos, Legal Counsel, Alpha Real Estate, Stella Yannika, Partner, Dryllerakis Law Firm, Anastasia Veneti-Pagoni, Senior Associate, Zepos & Yannopoulos, and Neoklis Neokleous, Deputy Director of the Real Estate Department, Sioufas & Associates Law Firm.
