About

Mary has a proven track record of successful representation of domestic and international clients on strategic real estate and restructuring projects, including the sale of the largest shipyard in Greece Hellenic Shipyard S.A., the privatization of the largest mining company in Europe Larco S.A., the rehabilitation of one of the leading companies in the field of frozen fish G. Kallimanis S.A. and the structuring of the long-term-lease of berthing spots in one of the most prestigious marinas in Greece Astir Marina Vouliagmenis. She represents key investors and developers in signature residential and commercial property acquisitions in Greece. Mary provides legal guidance in complex mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganisations and has been successfully involved in multiple public tenders and concessions, in the fields of food & beverage, defence and infrastructure.

 

She has been ranked by Legal 500 EMEA  as "Rising Star".

Mary has been the Head of the Real Estate and Construction Law Practice of the Greek member of Deloitte Legal Network, KBVL Law Firm. She has been the acting Head since the department's foundation until leaving to found C-law. Her leadership instigated the department's success managing to outgrow 3 times the country's real estate growth rate of 8.5%, maintaining an average annual growth rate of 25%

She holds an LL.M. from the City University of London and an LL.B. from the Athens Law School at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She speaks fluently English, French, and Greek.
